Richard Gee, England, District 1040

Program in International Development Policy


Richard holds a master's degree from Oxford University and a master's degree from Kings College London. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1993 and practiced in child rights for a number of years. He came to the Rotary scholarship having specialized in international migration and worked as Director of an NGO in Guatemala and for the UN High Commission for Refugees in Geneva. Richard is currently working with the International Organization of Migration.

Refugee Enfranchisement in the Afghan Elections 2004: A Strategy for Refugee Participation in the Future of Afghanistan

Internship:
United Nations High Commission for Refugees, Geneva Switzerland
